Hi - I recently tried to tackle the 'XP Internet Security 2012' virus on my Dad's computer. When it wouldn't let me 'run as' for Malwarebytes or SpyBot Search and Destroy I went ahead and rebooted in safe mode w/networking and ran each normally because I had logged on in safe mode as administrator already. Mbam caught 3 bad entries and SB caught 114, upon fixing and rebooting I found that an 'open with' window appears while Windows is trying to load and it says it cannot open 'cmd.exe' and I am at a loss as to what to do now.... Please help! This has dragged on for a week and my retired father really misses his computer... Thanks for being here....
